ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Gary Null is an award-winning broadcast journalist, host of
the popular syndicated Gary Null Show, and author of numerous
bestselling books, including Clearer, Cleaner, Safer, Greener
and The Complete Handbook of Nutrition. As a leading advocate
on issues dealing with nutrition, health, the environment, and
consumerism, Gary lectures throughout the country to colleges,
universities, and organizations. He currently lives in New York
City.
Shelly Null, daughter of Gary Null, is a gourmet chef in her
own right. For the past ten years, Shelly has taught cooking
at the Fertile Earth Farm and Gary's Place Restaurant. She also
conducts private cooking classes in New York City. Shelly Is
the coauthor of Total Health, and the contributor of gourmet
recipes for The Complete Book of Allergies. She resides in New
