INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND WARRANTY SERVICES
1. If an overseas customer purchases a Samson® product from a distributor in his or her country, warranty service will be provided in that country through that distributor. However, international distributors will not provide warranty service for a Samson® product purchased from the U.S.A.

2. In the case of an international customer who purchases a Samson® product from a dealer in the United States, or a domestic customer who purchases a Samson® product in the United States, then takes it overseas, Greenbison, Inc. will honor the parts replacement and labor under the warranty. However, the customer is required to pay for all shipping costs, including the cost of returning units.
