ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Cherie Calbom received her Master of Science degree
in nutrition from Bastyr University. Ms. Calbom then worked as
a clinical nutritionist in Washington State and as a nutrition
consultant to various companies and individuals, including George
Foreman. As the Juice Lady, she has made over 500 radio
and television appearances, and has given countless lectures
